Most of them registered with business qualifications for fitness services and health consulting. The scope of business clearly stated "excluding diagnosis and treatment services". To put it bluntly, it is a subdivision and extension of fitness services - ordinary personal training classes mainly focus on muscle gain and weight loss. Fat, studios like ours pay more attention to details. They help you adjust the forward head tilt caused by sitting down, the rounded shoulders caused by holding a baby, and the false high and low shoulders caused by crossing your legs while using the posture assessment form. They also use non-medical methods such as stretching, fascia relaxation, and customized movement training. They are essentially the same as the special personal training classes you go to the gym.

But the boundaries of this industry have never been clearly defined. Some people were still arguing about this at the industry exchange meeting a while ago. The owner of a studio next to the hospital said that he often receives post-surgery clients who are transferred from the hospital's rehabilitation department. He only helps with daily muscle strength training. It does not count as a diagnosis and treatment, but it is still a life service. ； However, some rehabilitation doctors from public hospitals came to participate in the meeting and said that as long as it involves intervention for pathological postural problems, even if it is just movement guidance, as long as it is claimed to have therapeutic effects, it is a diagnosis and treatment behavior, and a medical institution license must be obtained to be compliant, otherwise it is operating outside the scope. What both sides say is reasonable, but there is still no completely unified statement.

In fact, for ordinary consumers, there is no need to worry about the qualitative issue of the industry. Just glance at the certificates on the wall when you enter the door. If in addition to the business license, there is also a medical institution practice license, and the person who evaluates you is a rehabilitation staff holding a medical practitioner certificate, then it is a serious medical institution that can handle the correction of pathological problems such as scoliosis and joint dislocation.； If it only has an industrial and commercial business license and the business scope is marked as not including diagnosis and treatment, then it is an ordinary life service studio. It can only help you improve your posture problems caused by daily bad habits. If there are pathological problems, don't force yourself to go to the hospital.

Two months ago, a little girl came to me and said that she had spent more than 10,000 yuan to adjust her scoliosis at an Internet celebrity studio in the business district. Not only did it not heal, but she was in severe pain. I asked her to go to the hospital to take X-rays. The result was that the idiopathic scoliosis had reached the point where she needed to wear a brace, and ordinary lifestyle studios could not touch it. This was a pitfall because she did not understand the nature of the institution.
